Returns / Exchange Policy

At Plush Yarn we want you to be happy with your purchase and offer an easy no drama return policy.  

If the product that has arrived is not what you expected or has been damaged in transit then you can return the product no questions asked.

Please be aware that most of our towels are hand loomed or finished off by hand. Occasional variances in color could occur, along with some loom inconsistencies. This is normal with turkish towels and is to be expected with the nature of hand loomed products, bringing a uniqueness to your towel.

Our return policy

All products can be returned if the following criteria has been met.

  1. The product has not been used
  2. The product is returned in it’s original package
  3. Products are returned within 14 days
  4. Proof of purchase from Plush Yarn can be established

Products that cannot be returned

  1. Products that have been used
  2. 14 days have elapsed since purchase date
  3. The product was not purchased through Plush Yarn
  4. No proof of purchase is able to be supplied/established

How to return your product?

Incorrect item or damaged products

If your delivered item has been damaged during shipping or is the incorrect item, please notify us soon as possible within the 14 days so we can assist.

Please call Christine on 0407083298 or email christine@plushyarn.com.au with your order number and a description of the problem. If your items are damaged, please include photographs if possible to assist us.

We will send you a return merchandise authority (RMA) form and a RMA number to quote with your return. A RMA number needs to be received by you before sending back your item.

For a damaged item we could refund your full purchase cost to your account or send you a replacement item.

For an incorrectly shipped item we will send a replacement upon the return of the incorrectly shipped item.

We recommend sending your item back registered post or send back using a tracking number to ensure the item is returned to us. As it is the responsibility of the sender to ensure the item is returned to us.

Plush Yarn would refund the return postage cost for damaged items or if the incorrect item was shipped.

 

 

 

If you want to send the item back due to a change of mind or you ordered the wrong color for example then the purchaser will be responsible for the return cost and the safe delivery to Plush Yarn’s nominated return address.

If a new color is being sent due to a change of mind we would need to charge for delivery. At Plush Yarn we do not charge for restocking items due to a change of mind.
